Oppo F35

A phone with an 8000mAh battery usually means bulk. But the OPPO F35 takes a different route. At just 205g, it packs a huge battery into a body that still feels manageable for everyday use. Surprisingly, you also get a 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 6360 Max performance, and IP68/IP69K protection in a budget range. Notably, OPPO adds 80W charging too. So, is the F35 smartphone simply a battery-focused phone, or could it be a more complete all-rounder than expected?

Key Features & Benefits of Oppo F35

The OPPO F35 5G takes an interesting approach to the price-sensitive midrange segment. It looks stylish and focuses on the things most users notice every day.

Design & Build

This OPPO phone might look like a delicate flower, especially in Wave Blue. But it is built to weather everyday conditions. The back features a holographic effect engraved onto the surface. OPPO calls this texture Dynamix Wave. It gives the phone a distinct look without being overly flashy. Also, the soft matte finish feels grippy in the hand. This makes the F35 easier to hold during long browsing sessions or taking photos on the go. Notably, the phone also carries IP68/IP69K protection and MIL-STD-810H compliance.

Display

The F35 features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Scrolling through social media feels fluid, while animations look smooth every day. Watching videos and browsing photos also felt enjoyable. However, the display has one clear weakness. Its brightness may not be strong enough for some users to comfortably view outdoors in harsh sunlight. Indoors and in normal lighting, the viewing experience remains solid for a midrange phone.

Camera

The 50MP rear camera takes a controlled approach. In some low-light conditions, it tends to underexpose many shots. This might make the images look darker than expected. This approach preserves highlights, but some users may prefer brighter photos straight from the camera. But the 50MP autofocus selfie camera is more impressive. Selfies come out sharp and rich in detail. That makes the F35 a practical choice for video calls, social media posts, and quick portraits.

Performance

The OPPO F35 uses the Dimensity 6360 Max chipset and runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16. For daily tasks, performance is serviceable. Apps open and run without a hitch, while scrolling and animations feel fluid. Things change slightly during heavier gaming. As the action intensifies, frame drops can creep in. So, the F35 is better suited to casual and moderate gaming than demanding titles at high settings.

Battery & Charging

The 8000mAh battery is arguably the F35’s biggest advantage. Regular use delivers around 11 hours of screen-on time. That gives you plenty of freedom to browse, stream, use social media, and handle other daily tasks. When you finally need a top-up, the bundled 80W charger takes the phone from 0% to 100% in around 1 hour and 28 minutes.
